enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
➢ Procurement of all materials related to building construction.
➢ Liaoning with all project heads to keep updated for requirement.
➢ Vendor management, rate analyses, managing payments for them etc.
➢ Tracking & on time delivery of material.
➢ Knowledge of ERP System.
➢ Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible.
➢ Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality
standards, and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders
if appropriate.
