Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Production Supervisor located in New Delhi The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day tasks associated with production, including creating schedules, planning and coordinating production activities, and monitoring production processes. The Production Supervisor will ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, and with high quality standards.

Qualifications

Supervisory skills with proven experience in managing production teams

Experience in creating and managing production schedules

Strong planning and communication skills

Knowledge of production management techniques and best practices

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Background in engineering or technical field is preferred

8+ years of experience in production management or related field

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
