Key Responsibilities:  Lead the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials and components for the PEB and solar structureprojects,ensuring they meet quality standards and budgetary constraints.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors in both domestic andinternationalmarkets.  Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and cost-effectivesolutionswhile maintaining quality.  Oversee inventory levels, track material usage, and ensure that materials are procured in line withproductionschedules.

 Manage international purchasing and export procedures, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of productstooverseas clients.  Stay updated with industry trends and market prices for materials used in the PEB and solar recommendations based on market conditions to optimize purchasing decisions.  Work closely with the production and design teams to forecast material requirements and alignprocurementstrategies with production goals.  Ensure all procured materials comply with company standards and project specifications.  Maintain and ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities, ensuring compliance withcompanypolicies and international trade regulations.
