About the company:

We are a leading producer of synthetic resins for Industrial Coatings, Printing Inks, Adhesives,

and Construction Chemicals. Our high-quality products have enabled us to export to more than

35 countries across 6 continents & our excellent performance in exports has been

acknowledged by the Government of India awarding us with Star Export House status.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Procurement Strategy

Vendor Management

Cost Optimization

Inventory Management

Quality Control

Compliance and Documentation

Market Research

Our Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Chemicals, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,

or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience of 6 to 10 Years of respective industry.

Proven experience as a purchase manager or in a similar role within the synthetic resin

industry, specifically dealing with printing ink, adhesive, and construction chemical

suppliers.

In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and negotiation

techniques.

Familiarity with synthetic resin materials, their properties, and applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven

decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor management and

cross-departmental collaboration.

Proficient in using procurement software and tools for purchase order management and

inventory tracking.

Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Commitments:

Full-time Work from Office - Malad West (Head office)

Working hours 09:30 to 6:00 pm

Working days - Monday to Saturday (Sunday off and Alternate 2 Saturday off)
