K9HR SOLUTIONS is looking for Cost Control Purchase Manager, Who has Knowledgeable to highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Sourcing and Event Innovation Manager with a Master's degree to lead procurement, cost optimization, and innovation initiatives within our event and hospitality operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in vendor management, negotiation, and cost reduction, particularly within the context of large-scale government events. The ideal candidate will also possess a passion for innovation, seeking out new technologies and solutions to enhance the guest experience while optimizing costs.

 Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors for all event and hospitality services, ensuring competitive pricing, favorable terms, and alignment with us procurement policies.

 Build and nurture strong vendor relationships to secure preferred pricing, reliable service, and early access to innovative solutions.

 Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential new vendors, aligning with us specific needs and strategic goals.

 Meticulously analyze event budgets, identifying and implementing opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or guest experience.

 Develop and execute cost control strategies, including bulk purchasing, contract negotiation, efficient resource utilization, and value engineering.

 Rigorously monitor and track event expenses against budgets, providing regular reports to management and proactively addressing any variances.

 Continuously research and analyze new event trends, technologies, and best practices to elevate the guest experience and maintain a competitive edge.

 Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative event concepts and solutions that align with us brand image and strategic objectives.
