Job Description

1. Procurement & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with HVAC suppliers for cost-effective purchasing.

2. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality and timely deliveries.

3. Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely material availability.

4. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all HVAC materials meet project specifications and industry standards.

5. Coordination & Reporting: Work with project teams, finance, and site managers to align procurement with business needs.

6. Key Skills & Qualifications:

7. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field .

8. 5-15 years of experience in HVAC procurement, preferably in MEP/construction.

9. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract handling skills.

10. Knowledge of HVAC systems, ERP software, and procurement best practices.

11. Ability to manage multiple projects and work underdeadlines.
