Position Summary The Purchase Executive plays a crucial role in managing the procurement of materials, goods, and services necessary for the smooth functioning of the company. This position involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

Purchase Planning:

Develop procurement plans based on production schedules, inventory levels, and sales forecasts.

Forecast supply needs and plan for future requirements to prevent shortages or excesses.

Collaborate with other departments to understand material needs and ensure timely purchase.

Key Responsibilities Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure the best value for the company.

Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and reliability.
