Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management:

- Manage procurement activities for raw materials, machinery, tools, and other goods required for production.

- Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality.

2. Inventory Control:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid production delays.

- Coordinate with the inventory team to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.

3. Vendor Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost parameters.

4. Budget and Cost Control:

- Develop and manage procurement budgets.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses.

5. Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure proper documentation for all purchase activities, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.

- Adhere to company policies and statutory regulations related to procurement.

6. Coordination with Departments:

- Collaborate with production, quality control, and other departments to understand their material requirements and ensure seamless operations.

- Address and resolve procurement-related issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchase management in the manufacturing industry.
