Roles and responsibilities

After understanding of complete details of material requisition send enquiry to suppliers.

1) Searching for new vendors or developing alternate vendors for cost saving.

2) Negotiating with the vendors on Price as well as on Payment Terms in favor of organization.

3) Development of parts from vendors as per Drawing for R&D department..

4) Responsible for Vendor creation, generation & GRPO entry in busy software.

5) Resolving part quality issues related with suppliers to assure good quality of parts supply.

6) Getting parts from supplier in critical phase & assuring timely delivery of material in plant.

7) Stock review & MIS using Busy & MS-excel as well.

8) Planning of materials for PEB projects.

9) Taking care of timely payment to vendors by following up with Accounts department.
