Ensure timely available of raw material and allied raw material necessary for production

Follow ups with vendors and mailing purchase orders

Selection and approvals of vendors from HOD

Taking payment approvals and make the payment to suppliers on time

Mailing to concern person on daily basis

Ensure whether the quality of material is as per standard or not

Ensure that minimum RM stock balance quantity is maintained all the time
