Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in purchase department.

Reporting to: Assistant Manager Procurement

CTC: INR 5 TO 6 LPA

Educational skill Graduate (Any Graduate)

Technical skills

Proficiency in MS-Office- Command over MS-Excel and Advanced excel (should be familiar with VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLEs etc.), Should be able to utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track procurement metrics.

Basic Knowledge of SAP

Good in e-mail communication.

Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and purchasing

processes.

Identify reliable suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish favourable

terms and conditions.

Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular vendor assessments to ensure

compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and cost objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and inventory management & Maintenance.

Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and industry developments to identify

opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Utilize procurement software and systems to streamline purchasing workflows, track

orders, and manage supplier relationships efficiently.

Analyze spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement

initiatives to optimize procurement expenditures.
