Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on factors like quality, price, and delivery time.

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favourable deals.

Manage supplier relationships and ensure their performance meets company standards.

Process purchase requests and create purchase orders.

Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the procurement process

Negotiate price reductions with suppliers.

Implement cost-saving strategies, such as bulk buying or alternative sourcing

Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
