Co-ordination with Design Department for BOQ/ Requirement

Procurement of products like (Schnider Switchgears), panels, LT panels, Switchgears

Quotation from the vendors

A-Z Component Knowledge/ Experience

Finalization with the vendors with payment terms

Releasing orders to the vendors as per BOQ

Follow up for timely delivery of ordered items with suppliers

Co-ordination with accounts dept for vendors invoice & payment

Code creation for non-available items in E-fame software

Handling Vendor Development and Negotiation

Co-ordination with the store for GRN/SP issue

Making a monthly stock statement
