Job Description
• After receiving the BOM, ask for a quotation from a vendor, make compression and send for MD’s approval.
• After getting the approval you need to make a purchase order and send it to the vendor.
• To see that material should receive after 3 days as per the date of a purchase order.
• Test certificate all material needs to collect from a vendor.
• Daily stock in ERP as well as manually.
• To communicate with the Design & Planning department for stock & production future requirements.
• Any material comes to then make sure it should be released within the time frame.
• Apart from your work, management will give you work according to your ability.
• To develop a new vendor for better quality & delivery.
• To develop new sub-contractor for better quality & delivery
• Identify appropriate vendors with quality confirmation.
• Make vendor registration for new vendors
• Update existing vendor list with necessary documents in a timely manner.
• After receiving the BOM, ask for a quotation from the vendor, make a comparison, and send for Director’s approval.
• After getting the approval you need to make a purchase order and send it to the vendor.
• Purchase invoice should have conformity with . Skills Requirement.
• Communication: Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
