Must from Automotive, should have the exposure in sheet metal, Must from the MSIL customer.

Prepare & Ensure Timely MRM Submit to HOD

Responsible for monthly review meeting agenda with HOD

Accountable for optimization, Cost , Delivery ,Safety ,Morale ,Environment of the Department

Minimize the inventory carrying cost for BoP suppliers

To Released Monthly plan/schedule for related supplier as per customer schedule

Monthly Bop suppliers schedule up date in ERP system as per

Procurements the material as per Approved Source

Monthly basis Reco BOP Parts purchase & Consumption

Review Internal/External Audits & customer Findings & discuss with team & close all findings timely.

To ensure preparation of company standards based on the Quality First & timely upgradation of standards & systems , as and when necessary to ensure superior results.

Sustenance of Countermeasures being taken against customer observation / audit observations.
