1. Develops a purchasing strategy.

2. Review and process purchase orders.

3. Maintains records of goods ordered and received .

4. Negotiate Contract terms of agreement and pricing.

5 Build and maintain relationships with vendors & travel to Vendor Locations .

6. Ensure quality of procured items and address problems.

7. Keep up with trends in procurement.

8. Maintain updated records of purchase product, delivery information and invoices.

Required Skills:

Proven work Experience as Purchasing Manager

Good knowledge of Vendor Sourcing Practices.

Understanding of supply Chain procedure.

Solid analytical Skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.

Negotiations Skills
