Job Description: Purchase Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Coordinator to manage vendor agreements, oversee vendor onboarding, track IT budgets, and handle renewal follow-ups. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Oversee vendor onboarding processes and maintain vendor relationships.
Assist in tracking and managing IT budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Monitor and follow up on contract renewals and ensure timely processing.
Coordinate with internal teams to address procurement needs and resolve issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
MS - Office
Experience in IT procurement or purchasing (Min. 6 months preferred).
Good communication skills.
