Coordinating with suppliers to track and update delivery schedules, ensuring timely and

accurate delivery of goods and services.

Coordinating with internal departments such as stores and accounts to coordinate with the

receipt and payment of goods.

Maintaining and updating the purchasing database and records, ensuring accurate and upto date information.

Assisting in resolving any supplier related issues or discrepancies, such as quality control

or invoice discrepancies.

Filing and maintaining the invoices.
