Job Title: Pump Operator
Reports to: Operations Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pump Operator to ensure efficient and safe operation of pumps and related equipment in our [water treatment, oil and gas, chemical, or other relevant industry] facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control pumps, valves, and piping systems.
2. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pumps and equipment.
3. Check and adjust fluid levels, pressures, and flow rates.
4. Troubleshoot pump issues and report to supervisors.
5. Maintain accurate records of pump operations and maintenance.
6. Follow safety protocols and procedures.
7. Collaborate with other operators and maintenance personnel.
8. Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience operating pumps and related equipment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Technical training in pump operation and maintenance.
4. Valid certifications (., OSHA, API).
5. Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
