Job Responsibilities and Duties

Proven working experience in Accounting.

Well versed with GST & TDS Filing, service tax, E-Way Bill generation

Purchase, Sales, Receipts & Payment entries in software in Microsoft Navision

Salary disbursements

Accounts payable & Receivable

Invoice Generation

Booking the account related entries

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.

Finalizing the balance sheet of Private Limited company and LLP

Preparation of debtors and creditors statements on weekly basis

Advanced computer skills on MS Office

Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build inter department relationships.

Statutory compliances – PF, ESIC, PT etc. payment and return filing.

TDS- Filling of all TDS returns, monthly TDS payment and challan preparation

Providing support to various audit works- Statutory, Tax, Internal, GST audit.

Timely booking of Purchases and payment after verification of supplier/vendors bills with purchase order and agreement.

Dealing with Bank- Filing Export regularization, outward remittances etc.

Preparation of various MIS reports.

Required Candidate profile

Education

Under Graduate : in Commerce, Graduation Not Required, Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Post Graduate : in Commerce.

Candidate should be minimum 6-7 years experience

ITI/PUC Operator:

Preference will be given to Female candidates

Job involves netting/weaving of wires

Fresher/Experienced candidates are OK

Candidate should be able to read & write Kannada

Candidate is expected to stay at about 5 Kms radius from the factory

Company will provide uniform ,canteen facilities and wages for extended working hours

Company working hours 08:30 am 05:30 pm

Salary depends on the candidate experience (Will comply to minimum wages act)
