Responsibilities and Duties

Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies

Collaborate with internal teams (. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management

Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)

Prepare and distribute press releases

Organize PR events (. open days, press conferences) and serve as the companys spokesperson

Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising

Address inquiries from the media and other parties

Track media coverage and follow industry trends

Prepare and submit PR reports

Manage PR issue

Required Experience and Qualifications

Proven ability to manage multiple project tracks and teams

Ability to interact with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds

Proven ability to manage and set client expectations

Ability to manage client escalations and negotiate resolution

Ability to deal with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations.

Attending promotional events such as press conferences, exhibitions, tours and visits.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
