Profile:
Must be able to handle the account teams on sizable pieces of business. The manager will hold client-specific responsibility for account profitability, quality of account service and employee development. S/he must possess superior communication skills and be able to counsel clients' on public relations and marketing issues.
In this role we need you to showcase:
Ensure & demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the client’s business strategy.
Responsible for overall client reporting and evaluation.
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Timely delivery of quality client reports (. monitoring, WIPs etc.)
Ensure smooth logistics and co-ordination for client meetings
Be familiar with agency templates and processes and apply them diligently
Regularly review team’s account servicing practices/processes and suggest innovative improvements to supervisors
Able to lead on project or retainer
Responsible for and focused on delivering client results and objectives, independently and within the team
Independently handle tactical elements of a client’s program with good follow-through
Establish & develop relations with key media and influencers.
Recognize and anticipate day-to-day issues that may impact relationships with a client and recommend countermeasures to supervisors.
Brief and guide subordinates, under supervision and alignment with supervisors, on support activities and tasks to be completed
Requisites:
Should have 6-8 years of AGENCY experience in PR with hands-on experience in Startup, Education, Fintech, Lifestyle vertical.
In-depth understanding / well networked with relevant feature media and bloggers
Experience in managing teams
Be an able guide and mentor to junior colleagues and a trusted partner to senior colleagues.
Respectful of and tactful with co-workers and clients while demonstrating a team and client-first approach.
