Qualifying Criteria:

?Industry Background: Healthcare, Pharma

?Qualification: Min. Bachelors Degree

?Experience of working on CRM apps will be preferred (but not a must)

Who Do We Look For?

?Involves conducting primary pharmacy surveys

?Managing cluster mapping for field operations

?Daily reporting and MIS in given data formats

?Daily pre-planned meetings with Doctors combined with Doctor Surveys

?Should be able to make timely and accurate projections of business generation

?Regular Inter-departmental coordination

?Should be able to manage a team of Health-workers from a business generation point of view

?Should understand Channel Sales Management processes and/or experience

with Channel sales will be preferable
