Daily Review of Chemical Consumption by Plan vs actual consumption, Chemical consumption/seat set, Chemical consumption . SAP, PU Flash Data by Flash weight/Seat set Daily Updating of PU Pads Quality Parameter like Hardness, Density, IFM Rejections, In-house and customer rejections Review of Plant Maintenance and machinery availability with maintenance team and spares availability in plant as well as checking for effectiveness of Breakdown CAP Submission by maintenance MIS and MCM Preparation
