The ideal candidate for this position is a talented, detail-oriented professional who has a knack for staying organized and managing his/her time well. The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring customer requests, responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues. The Customer Relations Representative must be able to learn quickly, respond coherently to challenging situations and explain technical concepts in an understandable manner.

Responsibilities:

Answer inquiries from customers.

Maintain databases related to customers.

Provide technical support for customers.

Solve problems for customers.

Troubleshoot technology issues for customers.

Answer telephone calls from customers.

Must be aware about the CRM programing and coding to create a CRM software for the company.
