Required Experience:
· Proposal Writing for Federal Government customers: At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:
· Write and edit technical material for use in proposal development activities;
· Generate, edit, and review proposal outlines and compliance matrix;
· Participate in the development and generation of win-themes for responses;
· Work with SME’s to prepare original content for proposals and/or review and revise text prepared by experts;
· Interpreting RFP requirements and describe (with the support of SMEs) how our technical approach provides a high-quality, low-risk, best-value solution.
· Support development of types of proposal documents;
· Editing, proofreading and providing writing support on non-technical and/or technical sections of proposals;
· Design/define graphics for written material and proposals;
· Generation and development of plans (staffing, transition, quality assurance, etc.), past performance write-ups, resumes, and other support documents;
· Participate in review and editing of proposals and other documents;
· Review, edit, and proofread final content for grammar, tone, style, clarity, and consistency;
· Support final proposal production as required;
· May write, review, and/or edit other documents as requested; and
· Must attend regular proposal team meetings as well as assigned proposal team meetings;
· Exercise independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
· Accomplish work without considerable direction and will have significant latitude in determining objectives of assignments.
· Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and to provide guidance to contributing writers and other personnel as needed.
