(a) Searching and identifying relevant tenders and arranging documents as per Tender Requirements.

(b) Uploading/ Submitting the Documents (General/ Technical/ Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform.

(c) Obtaining Labour license such as ISMW, CLRA & BOCW for Projects in Online portal and checking regularly for expiry of Licenses.

(d) Preparing draft BG, draft agreements and documents for projects, authorization letters and organization chart of various sites.

(e) Sending enquiry to vendors, finalizing quotes with management and Preparing Purchase Order, Maintaining list of Supplier & Identify New Supplier.
