Study tender documents and prepare a list of scope, specifications and queries with reference to their tender clauses and page numbers as per the required format (in SOP).

Identify reference standards specified in the tender.

Prepare the Technical bid document.

Identify the critical / complicated items/units and identify the same in scope sheet.

Identify any design risks involved and prepare the risk register.

Review the complete design with the E&T & the discipline heads.
