1. Develop detailed proposal plans for engineering projects

2. Prepare cost estimates and work schedules for proposal development

3. Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet customer needs

4. Research and evaluate competitive proposals to ensure competitive advantage

5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the customer��s organization, products, and services

6. Assist in the preparation of technical presentations and responses to customer inquiries

7. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

8. Implement best practices in proposal engineering and management processes

Job Requirements-

Bachelor��s degree in Chemical engineering field.

Proven experience in proposal development and waste water management projects like- STP, ETP, WTP, RO, DM, Water Softener plants.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations
