we are Looking for An Experienced Activation / Promotion Associate (female) to Join Our Team.

roles & Responsibilities:

• manage Product Communication Across the Organization Including Creating Excitement Around New Product/feature Launches, Channeling Product Feedback and Managing Issue Resolution.

• identify Opportunities for Campaigns that Will Lead to An Increase in Sales.

• present to and Consult with Mid and Senior Level Management On Business Trends with a View to Developing New Content and Marketing Engagements.

• demonstrate and Provide Information On Promoted Products/services

• create a Positive Image and Lead Consumers to Use It

• identify Interest and Understand Customer Needs and Requirements

• responsible to Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls to Recover from Applicable/assigned Accounts/costumer.

• work Pro-actively to Ensure Potential Issues are Escalated Appropriately.

required Skills:

• proven Working Experience in Activations / Promotions

• analytical Acumen, Team Player, Paired with Agile Mindset and Can Do Attitude.

• customer-, Target- and Result-oriented.

• ability to Understand Customer Needs and Handle Different Types of Personalities

• strong Listening, Communication, Presentation and Social Skill.

• fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
