Onsite Project Delivery Engineer at Imtac India, responsible for Onsite as well as internal communications (written/verbal - Hindi, English Fluent), who shall be ready on taking ownership of concerns if any reported by the customer and seeing satisfactory resolution towards them. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, Coordinating and identifying solutions to resolve portal issues in stipulated and committed time frame.
Following standard procedures for proper documentation and escalation of issues to the internal project teams.

With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success, responsible for business communications, taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. Following standard procedures for proper documentation and escalation of issues to the internal project teams.
