Onsite Project Delivery Engineer at Imtac India, responsible for Onsite as well as internal communications (written/verbal - Hindi, English Fluent), who shall be ready on taking ownership of concerns if any reported by the customer and seeing satisfactory resolution towards them. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, Coordinating and identifying solutions to resolve portal issues in stipulated and committed time frame.

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
