Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales professional to oversee and drive sales for large-scale projects within the company. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle for projects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project-based sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and PMCs.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals with clients. Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the organization and build relationships.
Maintain accurate records of daily meetings, weekly journey cycle, sales, pipeline, brand specification in tenders, and other business development activities
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the project sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and project delivery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
