Job Description: Project Sales Executive Lighting Industry
Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Sales Executive to handle project-based sales in the lighting
industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for lighting solutions in
commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
Identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities in the lighting sector.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants.
2. Project Management
Coordinate with clients to understand their lighting requirements and offer customized solutions.
Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and tenders.
3. Sales Execution
Close project deals by negotiating terms and conditions in line with company policies.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services as per project timelines.
4. Market Research
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in lighting solutions.
Provide insights for improving product positioning and sales strategies.
5. Collaboration
Work closely with the design, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns targeting project clients.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the lighting or construction industry.
Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies, and applications.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
