About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Sales Manager to lead our sales and product strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from planning to execution, and aligning sales initiatives to drive revenue and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for product growth.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Ensure alignment between product features and customer needs.
Support the sales team with product knowledge, training, and tools.
Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
MBA preferred (Marketing, Sales, or related specialization).
4 to 15 years of proven experience in product sales management.
Proven track record in product sales management.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
