Job description
Candidates Should be experienced in HVAC, Cleanroom Projects.
1) Oversee and manage all project details of assigned projects to include, but not limited to, staffing, materials, scheduling, projections and related areas.
2) Completely responsible for all assigned projects in all aspects.
3) Manage and monitor project budgets, costs and expenditure.
4) Work with internal Company staff and departments on a variety of tasks associated with estimating, pre- and post-negotiations and other areas as required
5) Review contracts for scope, detail and requirements
6) Identify deficiencies, issues and concerns
7) Develop and/or review job checklist
8) Initiate and/or identify equipment, supplies and/or materials to be purchased
9) Research and price details of equipment, materials, subcontracts and other project specific financial needs
10) Review specifications, drawings, blueprints, schematics and other documents
11) Determine that appropriate quantities of materials and supplies have been identified
12) Review budgets for validity and correctness
13) Prepare, review, analyze, assess, modify and/or present a number of billings, statements and other accounting-related forms
14) Review job reports and subcontractor status
15) Work with a variety of internal departments to provide continuity and consistency on project delivery
16) Coordinate staffing levels with crew management/leaders
17) Coordinate with general contractor and/or other sub-contractor schedules
18) Review codes and variances to determine impact on project schedule, costs, estimates and other project-specific elements
19) Attend a variety of internal and external job review meetings and provide input and information as to changes required
20) Participate in the turnover process
21) Review projects and billing forecast reports
22) Monitor compliance with company and departmental policies
23) Serve as a liaison & resource to internal management & customers & clients related
