Job Description

1. Should work combine with Data Monitoring

2. If any issue is found on-site, should arrange the visit of service engineer on site.

3. After work completion should update the work done with the owner and sales team.

4. Share the Tax invoice with the customer if needed.

5. Purchase and work-done records along with delivery challans need to be carried out throughout the process.

6. For new and old projects complete documentation of Purchase and Delivery challans, E-Way bills and any other required documentation needs to be stored in a particular folder.

7. Track of service engineers, their daily attendance, daily work record, and record of work done needs to be carried out on daily basis.

8. Customer-wise digital documents need to be saved.

9. Find Vendors of required materials.

10. Help to purchase the material as and when required.
