We are seeking an energetic and motivated project manager to lead and support our media production team. The project manager would be in charge of monitoring all media projects from concept development to post-production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the expectations of the clients in detail.

• Should be able to analyze the storyboard basis the client’s expectations.

• Generate clear ideas and concepts from beginning to end.

• Should be able to manage all stages of video production: pre-production, during-production and post-production

• Make sure that the projects are progressing as per the storyboard

• Work collaboratively with editors to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.

• Monitor and guide the entire team with his expertise to help achieve the best results.

• Should be able to visualize and understand the best deliverables and lead the team based on the same.

• Ensure all the projects are running as per schedule.

• Should keep close track of progress in each project and update the clients’ basis the same.

• Motivate the team to meet the deadlines and client expectations with best results.

• Should be able to figure out the loopholes in the process.

• Responsible to understand the most appropriate usage of visuals, voiceovers and suggest the modifications to improve the quality of the video projects.

• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in video editing field.

• Should be able to give ideas on how to improve the quality of the video project.

• Should be able to manage work remotely in the most efficient manner.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a video production environment).

• An experienced person with good managerial skills

• The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create highly engaging videos.
