Job Responsibility

1. Experience in managing complete project operations entailing planning and developing baseline schedule, Monitoring & Controlling Projects with respect to cost, time, value, risks, safety and quality management

Proficient in swiftly ramping up projects in close co-ordination with consultants and other internal & external agencies and ensuring on time deliverables.

2. Preparation of budget, planning, monitoring monthly, weekly & Daily work schedules.

3. Co-ordination with clients & obtaining drawing clarifications.

4. Co-ordination with traction contractor, signal contractor as well as PMC/Client engineers

Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.

5. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations.

6. Monitoring and supervising the tasks of construction site staff and gathering reports on project status.

7. Improving efficiency of the project by providing necessary recommendations in various stages of implementation.

Ensure the coordination and surveillance of the works at site including the work of subcontractors.

8. Organizes meetings on site with Rail team and Civil/MEP team to understand interfaces, handover of areas, access and site installations.
