You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation for one of
our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and
strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of
operational policies and procedures. You will also be assisting our Human
Resources department with recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a
company culture that encourages morale and performance. You will also be
required to handle a minimum of 10 projects simultaneously.
Operations Executive Responsibilities
1. Manage overall operations and stand responsible for the effective and
successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety
measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
2. Ensure safe and efficient operations.
3. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
4. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of
information flow and management, business processes, and enhanced
management reporting.
5. Look for opportunities to expand systems.
6. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's
policies and applicable laws.
7. Being the single Point of Contact between clients and the company
8. Vender Registrations and Business Negotiations
9. Admin Tasks - Filing POs, Invoices and similar Tasks
