Program Manager to lead and collaborate closely with vendors on multiple significant initiatives.
Responsibilities
Program Leadership:
�� Lead and oversee multiple large-scale AI/ML initiatives within the trade portfolio, with a focus on optimizing business processes with novel technology solution
�� Act as the primary liaison between the bank and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
�� Provide strategic direction and vision for the successful execution of AI/ML projects related to various financing processes
Vendor Management:
�� Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with the bank's goals and objectives related to BG, LC, and other financing processes.
�� Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, addressing any issues promptly to ensure project success.
�� Collaborate with vendors to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, specifically tailored to banking processes.
Project Planning and Execution:
�� Develop comprehensive project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource requirements, considering intricacies of banking processes
�� Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of AI/ML solutions in financing processes.
�� Mitigate risks and proactively address challenges throughout the project lifecycle, with a deep understanding of banking operations.
Stakeholder Communication:
�� Communicate project progress, key milestones, and potential risks to senior management and stakeholders, emphasizing the impact on financing processes.
�� Facilitate regular status meetings with internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals, specifically tailored to banking requirements.
Budget Management:
�� Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
�� Work closely with finance teams to forecast and allocate resources appropriately for financing-related initiatives.
