The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of water treatment and mechanical projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective leadership, and excellent communication skills. The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.

Client Management:

Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

Proactively communicate project updates and address client concerns.

Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Implement effective risk management processes to minimize project disruptions.

Resource Management:

Allocate and manage project resources (., personnel, equipment, materials) efficiently.

Ensure resources are utilized effectively and within budget.

Quality Assurance:

Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.

Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking costs and revenue.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve favorable terms.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.

Reporting:

Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.

Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
