As a Project Manager at Black/White Elephant, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage resources, and adapt to changing environments will be key to your success in this role.*Key Responsibilities:*

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with the company's objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.

Lead project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and up-to-date.

Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

### *Qualifications:*

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within [Industry/Field].

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar tools.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
