• To prepare, review and follow quality plans & control Plan at relevant stages inspection of product design and development.
• To analyze root cause and initiate proper corrective and preventive action and ensure that customer complaints and Internal rejections are properly closed related development Items.
• To review project progress through APQP timing plan along with CFT Team and Top Management. Responsible for Initial part control in the plant and till dispatch at customer end.
• Monitoring of monthly KPI with action plan. Present the KPI to top management. To participate in MRM.
o To track the progress of all new development projects as per APQP Timing plan. Coordinate with CFT team members for the right tracking of the projects. Escalate time to time basis for any failure. Coordinate PPAP & APQP activity with Customer.
• Be a part of CFT for feasibility and OCR Meeting of a new development items. Identify and make it available through follow up with the concern team members for the resources required for New Development items. Ensure New Development items sample submission as per customer target deadlines.
