Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Check weather necessary regulations and permit from the concerned authority is obtained.

Schedule, track progress and document the project progression.

Monitor the PO of the necessary supplies, tools, and equipment's are placed.

Manage the Site/Construction in charge, Site Engineers, Supervisors and oversees their work.

Communicate with clients and delivers project progress reports to the Directors of the company on regular basis.

Check the submitted testing and Inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists by site Engineer or site InCharge.
