Job Purpose:
As a Project Manager, the ideal candidate will have the responsibility of leading and managing STEM education initiatives projects. This role will lead a team of programmers, designers, and content creators, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of high-quality programs. Your responsibilities will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, and monitor multiple STEM programs from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company's vision and objectives.
2. Lead and manage a cross-functional team of programmers, designers, and content creators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including school administrators, educators, and space exploration partners, to gather requirements and ensure program success.
5. Oversee the creation and development of program content, ensuring it meets educational standards, engages students, and supports learning outcomes.
6. Implement effective project management methodologies, tools, and processes to streamline program development and delivery.
7. Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress updates to management, and address any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or quality.
8. Monitor program performance, collect feedback from participants and educators, and use data to continuously improve program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
9. Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in STEM education to inform program development and ensure the company remains at the forefront of the field.
