Roles and Responsibilities:

Should be from Civil engineering background so that handling of the contractors will be the key responsibility.

Should know the basic knowledge to read 2d, 3d, drawings and explain the same to contractors.

Should be fluent in English.

Should have good communication skills to handle customers with confidence.

Should be ready to travel all around Bangalore if the location of work changes.

Should have worked with contractors in batches of 10 ppl at least and be able to build good rapo with them.

Should have previously worked with an internal team of at least 10 people.

Should be responsible to close projects smoothly within timeline.

Should be responsible to close projects with complete payments and bring good reviews by being in touch with the customers throughout even after the completion of the project.

Should be responsible to plan and schedule works in prior and be ready with them to execute.

Should be responsible to document drawings, work schedules and manage sheets in Excel.

Should be responsible to provide reports to the respective lead on time. (daily, weekly, monthly reports)
