Job Description

The desired person will be responsible for delivering end to end projects, on time, on budget, within scope and with quality. They will manage multiple projects simultaneously, create project plans, coordinate between the various members of multi-disciplinary teams and client stakeholders and will be responsible for all the project deliverables.

The ideal project manager will need to develop a deep understanding of the project(s) that they are responsible for and will utilize Agile project management methodologies and relevant supporting software in the planning, scheduling, requirement capturing, reporting and change management of the projects.

Skills Required

Experience in Agile delivery processes (both scrum and kanban practices).

Experience in capturing project requirements (which can be then used by developers and QAs),

Experience in creating project plans, managing sprints, reporting on progress, managing project cost, scope and ensuring quality and on-time deliveries.

Excellent people skills with deep experience in leading, coaching, mentoring teams.

Strong oral,written, and presentation skills.

Problem solving attitude with analytical mindset.

Good To Have

Have a technical background so as to better understand the requirements and communicate the same to dev teams.

Strong business orientation, experience in direct interaction with customers.

Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence and Asana.

Primary Responsibilities

Build and execute project, staffing and cost plans.

Analyse and document requirements with the help of adequate tools and track progress on a day to day basis.

Run daily scrums and iteration kick-off meetings.

Showcase the completed functionalities in a sprint to the stakeholders at the end of the sprint.

Engage with the client stakeholders to understand and sometimes help them define
