• Study / Review of Tender Documents, Scope of work, Drawings, BOQ, Specifications Client requirement etc. from the tender documents for execution of Interior work.
• Actively participating in the kick of meeting with client for the approval of work schedule and necessary documentations which becomes a guideline for both client and our company team members.
• Proper written and good oral communication in English is mandatory for this post.
• Coordination with office for timely order placement and expediting dispatch of material to site as per project requirements.
• Participating in project review meeting with client and consultant at site.
• Timely Coordination with site engineers as well as sub-contractors for completing project in time
• Preparation of Running Bills as well as Final Billing and getting it approved from Architect/Consultants/PMC/client. Coordinating with Client for timely processing of the submitted bills and ensuring the timely payment collection from client.
• Coordinating with Client officials for getting various approvals required for smooth execution of the project
• Arrangement of parameters for self as well as team members to accomplish project within stipulated time and budget to complete the project in time as well as required margin
• Proper handover of the site to Client
