*12-15 years of experience in Project Management in the International.

*non-voice BPO industry and preferably in Finance & Accounting

process.

*Should have handled teams of sizes ranging from 60-70, with TL’s &

PL/AM’s reporting into him/her.

*R2R, P2P, BRS, and General Ledger. Gross margins and profitability of

the project. SLA/KPI and contract management. Automation

initiatives.

Technical Competencies: (Job related)

 Knowledge of Accounts basic and Fundamentals

 Knowledge of all applications used in the process

 Should create baseline documents for referencing future projects

 Should have worked extensively on MS Office

 Should possess ERP knowledge
