Critical Skills requirement:
Strong customer service background with minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in
handling Corporate / Enterprise Clients.
Should have working knowledge of Supply Chain processes and requirements, to ensure
solution design accordingly.
In-depth knowledge of Cost & Efficiency drivers in Supply chain Logistics, Warehousing.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to impress upon Managers to staff level
employees.
Should have handled teams and drive team to successfully manage implementation at
various sites of the customer within India & abroad.
Good listening and comprehension skills to understand the products, customer
requirements and alignment of both.
Ability to analyse the business requirements of the client, analyses the gap between
solution and requirement, discuss with development team and arrive at bridge plan.
Someone with intensity and comfort in understanding and learning new technologies
like Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain.
Interpersonal skills with Customer & internal teams
Should have capability and mindset to function in an Start-up Environment.

Experience and Qualifications:
Should be a Graduate with at least 5 -6 years of Solution Implementation Experience.
